Gorgeous grapes, heavy on the vine at Two Sisters Winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake, the heart of Ontario Wine Country. It's a beautiful place to visit, taste some wines, or dine while gazing across the vineyards.
Periodically, I invite members to post a photo from wherever they are in the world on that day, whether they are traveling or at home, and this was one of the wonderful images that was shared. This photo, taken on a hike in the Laurentians in Quebec, was contributed by STS member JoAnne.
I took this photo through my rental car window, when a surprise overnight April snowstorm provided this beautiful scene to wake up to in the morning. It was taken in Port Perry, a small town about an hour northeast of Toronto.
This Canada photo was taken during a sunset tour of Dinosaur Provincial Park near Brooks, Alberta. The rock formations are astounding, and the park has yielded the largest collection of dinosaur bones in the world. For more on this area, see Facing Fear and Finding Spirit in the Canadian Badlands.

I took this photo while walking in the woods in the eastern part of Toronto in the summer. Toronto has a lot of parks and green space for such a large city, and when you find a trail like this, you can forget all about the noise and busyness of the metropolis and just listen to the sounds of nature. It makes for a really nice break from exploring the city.
This photo was taken on a foggy day, as I wandered around the docks in Wedgeport, Nova Scotia, while waiting to board a fishing boat to take a tour to Big Tusket Island. For more about that trip, see My First Solo Road Trip: Nova Scotia.
