Godzillas Hostel
The décor is fun, the place is clean and the people are friendly. Located in a safe neighborhood there is still security from the street. The door is locked at all times. You buzz, they check via video camera and then they let you in. The hostel also has a kitchen and laundry facilities. It’s an easy walk to the subway and not too long a walk to downtown.

Apple Hostel St. Petersburg
The staff went above and beyond the call of duty, helping me retrieve my bank card after it was eaten by an ATM, sewing up a pair of pants for me and trying to help me find a place to repair a broken zipper on my bag. The common area was cozy and social, but since alcohol is not allowed inside the hostel, it never got too loud or crazy late at night.
